Production Process
Our company's production activities are organized in two main directions: products made by shaping metal strip and products made by melting and casting metal (metal smelting).
The shaping process is mainly used to manufacture profile-type products (welded pipes, profile boxes, etc.). This process consists of stages requiring a technological sequence, with steel coil strips as the raw material. Coils are cut to width on special equipment, uncoiled and straightened, surface-cleaned chemically and fed into the line. The strip passes through special rollers (roll forming line) and is gradually brought into profile shape. The formed profile is joined by high-frequency electric welding (HF welding), passed through additional rollers to meet standard dimensions, and cut to the required lengths by automatic cutting equipment.
The smelting process is used to manufacture billets, rebar, wire rod, angles and similar products. At this stage, scrap metal is collected, sorted and cleaned as raw material. In melting furnaces, the scrap is melted, its composition optimized, and in subsequent production stages the molten metal is cast into the appropriate product shape and cut to the required lengths by automatic cutting equipment.
Quality Control and Laboratory
- Quality starting from raw materials: Our production process begins with the selection of high-quality steel. Each batch of material is inspected for certificates, grade, chemical (carbon, manganese, etc.) and mechanical properties (tensile strength, durability), and only raw materials meeting the standards are accepted for production.
- Visual inspection and testing: Manufactured products are checked for dimensions, weight, surface defects, deviations from norms, weld seams, etc. They are tested against various loads and impacts.
- Production control: Every stage of the production process, correct operation of equipment, temperature, pressure, etc. are monitored.
- Marking and transportation control: Products are bundled depending on their size and quantity; marking, storage, loading and transportation are carried out in accordance with technical requirements. Customers are provided with certificates, test results and other documents.
HSE
The company complies with state legislation and international standards in occupational safety and health, fire protection and environmental protection. Working conditions are monitored for compliance with sanitary and hygiene norms to ensure healthy and safe work for employees, who are provided with special clothing — personal protective equipment — and therapeutic-preventive meals in accordance with the norms. Training sessions are held periodically to improve employees' knowledge of occupational safety.
